Clients are rightly sceptical about historic charging models – either a high level of fee or initial commission. One may be unaffordable, the other may lead to high member charges with little incentive to provide ongoing service. We favour competitive pricing and will seek to minimise the direct cost to clients, thereby allowing us to forge long-term sustainable relationships.

If clients requirements are outside of our sphere of expertise, we won't pretend that we can assist them. If we are able, we will suggest other advisers with relevant experience.
